Exhibition 2026

I have a hard time believing I can actually write this but the exhibition is here!

15 carefully selected images will be displayed in Gallery F2.8 in my home town – Zagorje ob Savi between October 6th, 2026 and December 8th, 2026.

The grand opening is scheduled for October 6th at 6PM.

I travelled to Chile and Argentina in 2024 and this year. I captured all images there. The ones on display are some of my personal favorites. They tell the story of wilderness, civilization and everything in betwen.

Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. Wild landscapes in the far south of South America. Both are divided between Chile and Argentina. Apart from a few cities they are quite empty. The nature in charming and the animal world is diverse.

Late autumn and early winter times are perfect for exploring. Crowds thin out. Animals are replacing them with pure curiosity and search for food. Locals are hunkering down for winter and are moving cattle and sheep to safe shelters.

Autumnal colours are wonderful and can already be sprinkled by snowfall. However, unpredictable weather makes exploration more difficult. Gravel roads turn into muddy traps at the first sight of rain. As temperatures plummet towards zero ice makes it even more difficult. Serene exploration can quickly turn into a full blown adventure.
