What’s new? – Vol. 2

18 photos. 18 blog posts. More than 4500 words.

I like writing but am not doing quite enough of it. I kind of wanted to write a few words about my photos. About my thoughts behind them and perhaps about of some methods I’m using. Throughout the January, one post was published every day about a different photo.

If you missed them, you can find them all here.

A lot of snow has fallen in January, which was the highlight of the month. The nature looked awesome during the snowfall. The fog, the snowflakes in black and white scenery. But once it stopped, the blue skies appeared. I saw few clouds in the following days.

Blue skies are great for almost everything apart from photography. I had to be quite creative to get a different kind of photo. It only took a car illuminating the landscape around the road and an almost full moon that illuminated the rest of the landscape.

This is the photo.

I also took some other photos, but the night one is my favorite from the month of January. Just in case you’d like to see some more… Here’s the gallery.
